Bump version to 6.4.4. Re-fix the too-big stats WinStat problem by holding the sum of squares in an Int64 (thanks, Phazer). And remove old fixes - we should be okay for several tens of billions of years. Correct a typo in the join-a-guild dialog (thanks again, Phazer). Fix equipment output bug in exported sheets (thanks Jennifer Sires).

Fix bug causing an error when the sum of squares of stats exceeded 0x7FFFFFFF. And:

Restore file extension pq.
Bump version to 6.4 (6.3 wasn't officially released but has been used in ports.)
Turbo mode for testing.
Limit the number of fancy items won to keep the Invetory not too huge

At some point the registry key setting stopped working, not sure as of what Windows version. But this will avoid the 'Failed to set data for '' ' error
